All sales are final. Because every item is made to order, Drip Heaven Lord does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please review product details, sizing charts, and artwork carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number
A clear photo of the issue
A brief description of the problem

Approved claims will be replaced at no additional cost. Replacements are issued for manufacturing errors only.

Non‑Returnable Items

Wrong size ordered
Buyer’s remorse
Color variations due to screen differences
Minor print placement variations
Garment‑dyed or hand‑dyed color variations
Items washed, worn, or altered

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because production begins quickly, orders cannot be changed or canceled once submitted.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Drip Heaven Lord is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
