DRIP HEAVEN LORD — SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Drip Heaven Lord. Below is our full shipping policy, including processing times, delivery expectations, and important information regarding lost or delayed packages.


1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All items are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships.

Processing times may be longer during:

  • Holidays

  • High‑volume seasons

  • New collection drops

  • Carrier delays outside our control

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.


2. SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated delivery after production:

  • USA: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 7–15 business days

  • International: 10–25 business days

These are estimates provided by carriers and may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays.


3. SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Weight

  • Carrier rates

We do not control carrier pricing.


4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

If your tracking shows “Pre‑Transit” or “Label Created,” the package is still with the carrier and will update soon.


5. LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once an order is handed to the carrier, Drip Heaven Lord is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

  • Stolen packages

  • Delays caused by the carrier

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

If your package is lost in transit (never marked delivered), we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

If your package is marked Delivered but you did not receive it, please check:

  • With neighbors

  • With your leasing office

  • With your local post office

  • Your mailbox parcel locker

Carriers sometimes scan packages early or deliver to nearby units.


6. WRONG ADDRESS POLICY

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If the address is incorrect and the order has already entered production or shipped, we cannot change it or issue a refund.

If the package is returned to sender, we can reship it to the correct address for an additional shipping fee.


7. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs fees

  • Import taxes

  • Duties

  • VAT

These charges are not included in your order total and vary by country.

We cannot mark packages as “gift” or undervalue them.


8. SPLIT SHIPMENTS

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on availability and production times. You will receive separate tracking numbers if this occurs.
